A task is an action to be performed. It is used to organize projects, departments or the work of other teams.

Create private tasks

Here's how to create a private task:

  1. Go to your Personal Space

  2. Click on the Tasks Tab

  3. Enter the task

  4. Click on + or simply on Enter to validate the entry.

A task entered in the personal space is private, which means that only you can see it.

Create tasks in a workspace

Here's how to create a task in a workspace :

  1. Go to the Workspace in question

  2. Click on the Tasks Tab

  3. Enter the task

  4. Click on + or simply on Enter to validate the entry.

A task entered in a workspace is shared with the members of that workspace. By default, it is not assigned to anyone.
