Create a workspace

A workspace allows a group of people to collaborate by sharing tasks and meetings.

Create a workspace

To create a workspace, click on the + button at the top right of the screen and then on Workspace.

  • Enter the name of the workspace in the field provided (1).

  • Choose the color of the space (2)

  • Define if the space is team-related (3)

  • Describe the workspace (4) optional

  • Click Save (5)

Workspace Members

THE WORKSPACE IS NOT LINKED TO A TEAM :

  • Click on Add a member and select one by one the members of the workspace by clicking directly on the proposed users or by using the search bar (6)

  • Define the workspace moderators - these people will have access to the workspace settings and will be able to change them if necessary (7).

  • Once the list of members is created, click on Close (8)

THE WORKSPACE IS LINKED TO A TEAM, TWO OPTIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN TERMS OF ITS CONFIDENTIALITY:

A: the workspace will be public, all team members will be able to access it and join it if necessary.

  • From the Add a member button, select all the members concerned by the workspace by clicking directly on the proposed users or by using the search bar (6).

  • Define the workspace moderators - these people will have access to the workspace settings and will be able to change them if necessary (7).

  • Once the list of members is established, click on Close (8)

B: the workspace will be private, only members of the workspace have access.

  • From the Add a member button, determine the members of the workspace by clicking directly on the proposed users or by using the search bar (6). Only the latter will be the only ones to see it and have access to its content.

  • Define the moderators of the workspace - these people will have access to the settings of the workspace in question and will be able to modify it if necessary (7)

  • Once the list of members is created, click on Close (8)
