Access your personal space
To access your personal space, click on your first name in the main menu on the left of the screen.
Info: When you log in to WEDO, you automatically find yourself in your personal space under the Tasks tab.
Organization of personal space
The personal space is divided into four tabs.
My Profile tab
This tab groups several maps with information and statistics.
The type of your account, your function and your email address.
Allocation of tasks according to priorities.
Distribution of tasks according to the different work spaces.
Your total statistics with the number of tasks created, in progress, completed and deleted. Indication as to the average time of validation of a task as well as the number of workspaces of which you are a member.
All workspaces of which you are a member.
History of the last twelve months with tasks created, completed and deleted.
Activities by month of the year.
This tab contains all the meetings you have attended or will attend. Two buttons on the left side of the screen allow you to sort the meetings: clicking on My Meetings will display the meetings you have created. To view all the meetings that concern you, click on All Meetings.
You can also access the archive to view deleted meetings. To do this, click the Meetings drop-down menu on the right side of the screen and then click Deleted Meetings.
This tab contains all the tasks for which you are responsible. Two buttons on the left side of the screen allow you to sort the tasks: by clicking on My Tasks you will see all the tasks for which you are responsible. To view all the tasks you have delegated, click on Delegated Tasks.
It is also possible to access the archives in order to view the tasks according to their status: tasks in progress, completed, deleted, all tasks. To do this, click on the Open tasks drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the screen and select the desired status to filter the tasks.
