Search indexing is instantaneous! For example, if you create a task, it is directly accessible via the search tool (1). The same applies to searching through meetings, paragraphs, decisions or files. In the search results, WEDO shows you the number of hits found.

To refine your search, you can specify the search terms (2). The results will appear according to the selected option. 3 options are possible:

  • The search result contains all the terms entered

  • The search result contains at least one of the entered terms

  • The search result contains the exact terms

Search through meetings

To search through meetings :

  1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen

  2. Select the Meetings tab

  3. Enter the keyword in the search bar

  4. Meetings containing the keyword are displayed on the screen.

The meetings that appear first are those with the most occurrences of the keyword you are looking for.

Search through paragraphs

To search through the paragraphs of the meetings :

  1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen

  2. Select the Paragraphs tab

  3. Enter the keyword in the search bar

  4. The paragraphs containing the keyword are displayed on the screen.

Search through decisions

To launch a search through the decisions :

  1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen

  2. Select the Decisions tab

  3. Enter the keyword in the search bar

  4. Decisions containing the keyword are displayed on the screen

Under each decision, you will find the meeting to which it is linked.

Search through tasks

To launch a search through the tasks :

  1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen

  2. Select the Tasks tab

  3. Enter the keyword in the search bar

  4. Tasks containing the keyword are displayed on the screen

For your information, WEDO searches through current, completed and deleted tasks.

You can sort the search results by relevance, status, planned date or due date.

Search through files

If the file is linked to a workspace, you will find under it the names of the team and the workspace containing the file (here: Management > Management Committee). If nothing is mentioned, the file has been attached to a meeting or task. You can click on the file to see the source to which the file is linked (here: file is attached to the task Edit Apprenticeship Rules).

The search is also done through the content of the files.
