The third step is the real-time writing of the report. On the D-day, return to the Meetings tab in the workspace to access the previously prepared agenda.
Start the meeting
Click on the appropriate button to go to the next step and start writing in real time (1). WEDO first opens the list of participants in order to define the absent (2) or excused (3) persons. It is possible to enter the reason for the absence in a field provided for this purpose (4). Last minute participants can be added (5).
Writing the report
To begin writing the report, click on the button with the title of the first bullet (1).
You can now complete point and sub-point using the action bar :

Add a note in order to enter a private text (only you will be the only one to be able to view it)
Import tasks from the workspace to link them to a point or sub-point. It is also possible to import tasks from other workspaces of which you are a member.
Add a sub-point
To continue editing, click on the button with the following item title (2) to enter paragraphs, decisions and tasks for each item until the end of the meeting.
Info: thanks to the table of contents on the left side of the screen, you can also navigate through the agenda items by clicking on them. This can be useful when during a meeting participants decide to change the agenda.
Select the text sample you want to format. A toolbar appears, click on the appropriate option. The options are as follows:
B = bold
I = italic
U = underline
S = cross out
Text alignment: left, center, right, justify

Add a hyperlink
It is possible to move a note, a decision, a task or a file to another agenda item: click on the button with the three vertical dots (1) and then on Move Note (2). A window opens, click on the point to which the note should be moved (3). The procedure is the same for moving a task, a decision or a file.
Reorder the elements of a point
It is possible to change the order of the elements in a point or sub-point. When hovering over an element, the drag and drop button appears in the left margin. Click on it and drag and drop the element to the desired location.
Set the date for the next meeting
Once the drafting is completed, a date can be set for the next meeting. To schedule the next meeting, check the yes option (1) and complete the date, time, duration and location fields (2).
