Assigning tasks during a meeting

Tasks created during a meeting are then listed as tasks in the workspace. People to whom tasks have been delegated receive them instantly in their personal space. This means that the participants are ready to go as soon as the meeting is over. In addition, if you participate in multiple meetings, all the resulting tasks are grouped together in one place in each user's personal space.
