Modify a user's profile

Only administrators are authorized to manage network users.

To modify a user's profile :

  1. From your profile, click Settings

  2. Under Network settings click on Users

  3. Click on the button with the three vertical points corresponding to the right user

  4. Click on Modify User

To modify a text field, click on it and enter the new information (5). To modify the language, click on the drop-down menu and select the desired language (6). To modify the account type, click on the appropriate option (7). When the changes have been made, click Save (8).

Info: All information can be modified except the email address of active users. Only a user can modify the email address linked to his or her account.

Modify a user's teams

The administrator can also add or remove a user from team members :

  1. Click on the Teams tab

  2. Check the teams the user is part of

  3. Click on Save
