Replace a file

In order to update a version, you can replace all the files added to the platform

Replace a file added to a workspaces

  1. Go to the workspaces containing the file

  2. Click on the Files tab

  3. Click on the concerned file

  4. From the information pane, click on the button with the three vertical points

  5. Click on Replace File

  6. A window opens: drag and drop the file or click on the Choose Files button to access your computer folders.

Replace a file attached to a task

  1. Click on the task to which the file is attached

  2. From the details pane, locate the file you want to replace and then click the button with the three vertical points

  3. Click on Replace File

  4. A window opens: drag and drop the file or click on the Choose Files button to access your computer folders.

Replace a meeting attachment

  1. Go to the meeting to which the file is attached.

  2. Take again the point concerned, locate the file and click on the button with the three vertical points

  3. Click on Replace File

  4. A window opens: drag and drop the file or click on the Choose Files button to access your computer folders.

Info: For files attached to tasks and meetings, if you cannot find the Replace option, the file has been added to the workspaces. You must therefore replace it from the Files tab of the workspace in question. To do this :

  1. Click Open File Location

  2. From the information pane, click on the button with the three vertical points

  3. Click on Replace

  4. A window opens: drag and drop the file or click on the Choose Files button to access your computer folders.

Version History

For each file, you can consult the version history by clicking on the relevant tab.

It is possible to download, restore or delete a version. To do so, take over an old version, click on the button with the three vertical points (1) and select the desired action (2).
