You can copy an agenda item or sub-item and then paste it into another meeting that you have access to. This will allow you to link your meetings by easily sharing information.

Copy/Paste an agenda item into another meeting

The meeting in which you want to paste the point must be created beforehand.

Please note that all the content of the item is copied: paragraphs, decisions, tasks or attached files.

You can copy an agenda item from the table of contents - or from the item itself. Click the button with the three vertical dots (1) and then click Copy to... (2).

A window opens to allow you to define to which meeting the item should be copied: first choose the workspace (3), then the meeting in question (4), and finally the location of the copy in the agenda (5).

Finally click on Copy (6).
